Just came back from school from my SSM profiency test 1. And know what? I screwed up big time. Station 1 and 3 is a guaranteed 0 mark. Station 3 i not only screwed up the service, i 'damaged' salt & pepper room as well. Cos i accidentally splashed water over the table. And Mr Chia is too helpful by saying 'you have just poured water over the guest'. Yes, although there's only imaginary guests around, the whole table, seats, carpet are wet. Not damp, but WET. And Mr Daniel Chia stopped the timing. I am left to clear up this mess, with Mr Goh's eagle like eyes watching my every move and telling me i just damaged his carpet.
Damn it.
Station 2 is relatively OK, but I place that stupid plate with a BANG. >.<


OMG. people console me =( quick! i nearly cried while clearing up the mess ok.
